ABSTRACTED CITYSCAPES

Drawing on my background as an architect, I enjoy creating paintings that capture the energy and vitality of cities. The built environment offers a rich palette of shapes, perspectives, values, sunlight, shadows, reflections, and materials to inform each piece. Sometimes I choose to include people as part of the composition and sometimes I let the architecture carry the show.
